At Gibbontex, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility:
You may return items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at gibbontex.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges :
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order.

Important Notes:
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet our return conditions.
